Pancake Punches
Ingredients:
- 2 table spoons of protein powder (I use Nature's Own vanilla whey powder)
- 1/4 cup of cottage cheese (diced)
- 1/4 cup of raw oats
- 1/2 cup of egg whites (3 eggs)
Directions:
Combine EVERYTHING together. You can hand mix or blend in a mixer (punching the ingredients together is optional).
Cook in a fry pan over medium heat, until small bubbles appear then Jackie Chan BACK FLIIIIP these bad boys. Cook for another minute or two.
Thsi recipe will make around 8-10 (1 serve) small pancakes.
If you find the mixture is a bit thick, then add 1/4 cup of water, which will also increase the amount of pancakes.
Experimenting with the recipe works! TREAT YO SELF and try adding tofu, peanut butter (YES) or chocolate protein powder! (Or all of them... *drools*)
