Chia Seed Pudding
3 Tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup of milk of choice (eg almond, rice, coconut)
1 tablespoon of sweetener optional (eg raw honey, maple syrup, rice malt syrup)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (add 1 tablespoon of cacao for chocolate flavoured pudding)
Put all your ingredients in a jar and shake shake shake! (Shake your booty!) Wait ten mins and then give it a stir to make sure the seeds don’t stay on the bottom. Give another shake and leave it in the fridge ocernight. Play around with tyour flavours. Try adding pureed fruit or mashed banana. Pureed pinapple with coconut milk tastes like Pina Colada! (and getting caught in the rain)
