Our open classes combine all levels for anyone from beginner to advanced. The classes are small enough to run a mixture of content! As a beginnner, you will progress faster being exposed to students of a higher skill set! Intermediate and Advanced levels of Pole are a fantasic way to keep in great shape and continue to make your body stronger, fitter and better!
We require a minimum of three participants in order to run a Pole class. If you register for a class which does not end up running, we will offer you a full refund or, if available, transfer you into another class of your choosing which has space and is running for the Term.
